Kanye West files to appear on the presidential ballot in New Jersey

Kanye West allegedly filed a presidential election for New Jersey in his new run for the White House in November.

The 43-year-old rapper submitted petitions with 1,327 signatures to vote for New Jersey, surpassing the 800 signatures needed by the deadline to run as an independent candidate in the Garden State, reported TMZ.

West also submitted documents to be sent to the Missouri ballot, where 10,000 signatures are needed and it costs more than $30,000 to apply. He also plans to do the same in New York and will need 30,000 signatures in the Empire State by Thursday’s deadline.

Upon filing the correct paperwork with the Federal Election Commission, the father of four will be formally on the presidential ballot in Oklahoma.

On the same day as his New Jersey launch, West was pictured with Kim Kardashian West ‘s his wife after the reality star flew down to Wyoming for a marital crisis talk with a troubled rapper about his latest social media actions.

During their heated discussion inside the car, Kim broke down in tears after Kanye ‘s political campaign rally and Twitter meltdown, where he revealed how he urged her to abort her first child and disclosed how he decided to divorce her at a meeting she had with rapper Meek Mill at a prison reform hotel.

Kanye West revealed that he was running for president in a July 4 tweet, endorsed by Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk.
